The resort offers a variety of accommodation choices in discrete low rise clusters . Accommodation ranges from King rooms for couples to 2 bedroom Presidents Villas for families and sharing couples. The exclusive Ambassador Club also offers villas and residences, a private Ambassador Club Lounge, pool and tennis courts. Hyatt Regency is an 18 hole Championship golf course and home of the Australian PGA Championship. The property also features a tennis centre, The Spa, activities centre, Camp Hyatt childcare facilities and also private access to a patrolled beach.

Camp Hyatt Kids Club:Camp Hyatt is Hyatt Regency Coolum's fun childcare program. With different age groups, Camp Hyatt provides fun supervised activities for children 6 weeks to 12 years inclusive. Camp Hyatt is located in the heart of the Resort near the Resort Gift Shop.
The facility is housed in a large building with seperate areas for each of the following age groups:
- Possums Club:caters for children aged 6 week to 2 years.
- Joeys Club:caters for children aged 2 to 5 years.
- Kookaburras Club:caters for children aged 5 to 12 years.
- Wallabies Club:caters for children aged 8 to 12 years.
Dates of Operation:- Possums Club,
Joeys Club and Kookaburras Club:daily.
- Wallabies Club:only operates during Queensland, New South Wales and Victorian school holidays.
Hours of Operation:
- Sessions operate between:8:00am to 4:30pm.
- Sessions vary in duration from 3 to 4 hours.
Range of Activities:
- Possums:features age appropriate activities, latest equipment and facilities to stimulate learning and growth, including safe indoor and outdoor areas.
- Joeys:arts and crafts, music, stories and event based play.
- Kookaburras:arts and crafts, music, stories, games, adventure playground activities, beach activities and off resort tours during school holiday periods.
- Wallabies:activities consist of one off the resort activity per day including, big kart track, learn to surf, learn to scuba dive.
