Transfer Info:

From Shute Harbour:
Peppers Palm Bay offers launch transfers between Shute Harbour and the Resort. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes. All Peppers Transfers will depart from the Northern Jetty at Shute Harbour. Upon arrival at the, Peppers guests will need to collect their luggage and make their way to the Peppers departures area where they will be met by the Peppers skipper and transferred to Peppers Palm Bay. All arriving guests must confirm their arrival time prior to their arrival date.

From Hamilton Island:
On arrival at Hamilton Island Airport, please collect luggage and go to the Cruise Whitsundays Ticket Counter at the Airport. Cruise Whitsunday Ferries offer a launch transfer from Hamilton Island Airport to the Long Island Jetty. An additional transfer from the Long Island Resort Jetty to Peppers Palm Bay must still be booked direct with Peppers Palm Bay. Helicopter and seaplane transfers are available from Hamilton Island Airport to Long Island with Aviation Tourism Australia or Air Whitsundays.

From Proserpine Airport:
Whitsunday Transit offers a coach transfer to Shute Harbour.
